He is survived by: his wife Ann Smith of Finley; his children, Chuck Smith (Joy) of Finley, Chad Smith (Shelley) of Halls, Julie Smith of Finley and Candy Davis (Jared) of Dyersburg; his sister Margaret Hill of Finley; his grandchildren, Katie Willis (Matt), Amanda Jones (Henry), Steven Spires (Amanda), Chloe Eskew, Lilly Eskew, Lexie Smith and Lydia Millner; and his great grandchildren, Hannah Willis, Indie Jones and Sawyer Spires.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials may be directed to Independent Free Holiness Church.
