She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Eugene, Barbara Enochs, Billy, Sr. and Helen Dowdy. She is survived by: her parents, Vickie Enochs White (Anthony) of Finley and Billy M. Dowdy, Jr. of Dyersburg; her children, Finlee Dowdy (Hayden Kirby) and Jeremy Kirby; her siblings, Amy Permenter (William) of Halls and Donnie Lee of Dyersburg; and her stepbrother James Winter of Dyersburg.
