It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billie Joyce Permenter (Finley, Tennessee), who passed away on December 29, 2019, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie C. Jackson and Margaret Lucile Carver Jackson; her husband Clifford Permenter; her niece Donna Pritchett Presley; and her nephews, Dennie Permenter and Dent Permenter.
She is survived by: her nieces, Carolyn Permenter Finley of Finley, TN, Gaye Pritchett Reed of Finley, TN, Dee Ann Permenter Lovelace of Finley, TN, Loretta Permenter Williams of Olive Branch, MS, Kay Permenter Cooper of Olive Branch, MS and Krista Permenter Lewis of Dyersburg, TN; her nephew Thomas Permenter of Finley, TN; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Tim Lovelace, Clifford Scott Williams, Todd Williams, Kevin Cooper, Jason Reed, Ed Presley, Lisa Finley, Amy Hester, Kelly Chitty and Pennye Thurmond. She is also survived by several great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews.
