Butler (Fayetteville, Tennessee), born in Alton, Illinois, who passed away on April 15, 2018, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his child Michael D. Butler. He is survived by: his children, Carolyn Warwick (John) of Fayetteville, TN and Suzanne Olexsy of Fayetteville, TN.; and his grandchildren, Denise Nichols of Fayetteville, TN, David Warwick of Lynchburg, TN and Erik Olexsy of Lake Orion, MI.
