It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vanessa D Wells (Fayetteville, Tennessee), who passed away on July 22, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Houston Hedgspeth and Mary Alice; her sister Telecia Blackman; and her aunt Betty Jane Hedspeth. She is survived by: her children, Danny Wells, Tanya Wells, Alisa Waggoner and Erica Waggoner (Garrett); her siblings, Iris Blackman, Pamela Robinson and William Blackman; her grandchildren, Jaron Wells, Crystal Howard, Cameron Garrett, Tianada Wells, IIissia Howard, Jahcenda Garrett, Preston Wells, Kanen Amason (Wells), Lukus Garrett, Ja'Davis Robinson (Wells) and Ashanti Wells; her great grandchildren, Nahziah Howard, Annabella Garrett, Jeriya Hawk, Logan Garrett and Kayson Amason; and her cousins, Linda Bonner, Vanessa Moore Buchanan and Patrick Moore. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
