He was predeceased by: his parents, Houston Clutts and Irene Clutts; and his siblings, Joe Clutts, Billy Ray Clutts, John Clutts, David Clutts, Allen Clutts and Ann Clutts.
He is survived by: his siblings, Norma Hardin, Dixie Landers, Martha Fox, Melvin Clutts (Barbara) and Billy Wayne Clutts (Debbie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
