He is survived by: his children, Marla Scott (David) and David Mayhall; his grandchildren, Matthew, Mark, Mary, Michael, Myles, Margaret, Maximilan and Monica; and his brother Mark Clark Ingram (Barbara). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
