He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordon Gilbert and Mildred King Billings; and his nephew Brian. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne McNatt Billings; his children, John Eric Billings and Terri Leigh Harper (Joe); his grandchildren, Nalanie Harper, Enola Harper, Jayde Billings and Brody Billings; his brother Ted Billings; and his nephews, Tim, Brandon and Cain Billings.
