She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruby Farrar and Fletcher Gilbert; and her son David Bruce Tibbs. She is survived by: her sons, Philip Elden Tibbs (Sandra Mary) of Fayetteville and Paul Tibbs (Melissa) of Manchester; and her granddaughter Katie Anne Tibbs of Fayetteville.
