She was predeceased by: her father Archie Moore; her husband Ernest W. Clark; her son Frankie D. Moore; her siblings, Glenda F. Moorehead, Debra L. Moore-Conner, Patricia L. Moore, Ernest W. Moore and Barbara A. Harrison; and her grandparents, Towry Bowers and Nora Lee Gardner Bowers.
She is survived by: her children, April Moore of Fayetteville, TN, Shavonta Frazier (Emily) of Decherd, TN and Theo Frazier of Fayetteville, TN; her grandchildren, T'Kiyah of Talin, JK, Nova, Talia, Asia, Hazeleigh of Niya, SJ, Adriana and Jaxson; her siblings, Regina Whitaker (Raymond), Vannessa Buchanan (Benny), Stanley Moore, Patrick Moore, Archie Ray Moore, Jr., Terry Moore and James H. Moore; her uncle Nathaniel Harney; and her friends, Vickie Ray and Jordan Flynt.
