She was predeceased by: her parents, Jess Crouch and Lelia Mae Smith Crouch; her husband James Marvin Sullivan; her daughters, Lynda Kaye Bates and Connie Dee Sullivan; and her grandson Fred Bates.
She is survived by: her daughter Jo Ann Graham (Dan) of Petersburg, TN; her sister Ruth Ward of Lewisburg, TN; and her grandchildren, Juanita Taylor (Joe), Sharon McNeal (Joey), Derrick Burton (Carla), Cindy Watkins (Robin), Holly Allen (Tyler), Shelly Graham (Larry Gipson) and Patricia McElyea. She is also survived by 25 great grandchildren and 10 great-great grandchildren.
