He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Carlisle and Sarah Woods Brewer Carlisle; his wife Patricia Ann Mitchell Carlisle; and his siblings, Wilma Martin, Shirley Medley and Dean Carlisle.
He is survived by: his daughter Tammy Amos (Jeffery); his grandsons, Ethan Amos and Alex Amos; and his brothers, Randy Carlisle (Kim) and Dwight Carlisle.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Gallant-Riverview Funeral Home (508 W College St, Murfreesboro, TN 37130). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
