He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Sanford Rowe, Sr. and Etta Mae Mooneyham; and his wife Judy E. Rowe. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Harper, Renea Medley (Jason), Jamie Rowe and William Rowe (Chasity); his grandchildren, Destany, Ashley, Austin, Olivia, Joslyn, Alex, Felicity and Nolan; and his siblings, Raymond Rowe, Jr., Rayburn Rowe, Nancy Reid, Louise Durrance and Evelyn Dean (Jimmy). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
