He is survived by: his wife Joanne Moore Talley; and his children, John Chadwick Talley, Matthew Elisha Talley, Lisa Adkins (Shane), Valarie McCann and Robin Bevels (Chris). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
