He is survived by: his wife Angela Carter of Fayetteville; his children, Ricky Dwight Carter (Lacey) of Bridgeport, Texas, Kristy Clutts (David), Robbie Rollins (Pete), Stormee Carter, Mary Turner (Thaddius), Tameria Turner and Makayla Turner of Fayetteville, Tennessee.; and his siblings, Tony Carter (Peggy) of Iuka, Kenneth "Duck" Carter of Fayetteville, Jackie Carter of Fayetteville, William Dunivant (Angela) of Connersville, Tennessee. and Rachel Carter of Fayetteville. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
