He was predeceased by: his father Deemer Campbell; his wife Rita Darlene Campbell; his son Keith Howard Neeley; and his brother Larry Dale Campbell. He is survived by: his mother Marie Gattis Campbell of Fayetteville, TN; his sons, Dustin Campbell of Fayetteville, TN, Shayne Campbell (Paula) of Huntsville, AL and Toby Campbell (Melissa) of Fayetteville, TN; and his siblings, Joyce Anderson (Charles) of Shelbyville, TN and Kenny Campbell (Miki) of Fayetteville, TN. He is also survived by five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
