He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mary Dobbins; his children, Anita High, Sarah Ann Luper (McCloud) and Nathaniel Dobbins (Windy); and his half-siblings, Dot Hampton and Erskine Hampton. He was also cherished by seven grandchildren; … twenty great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
