She is survived by: her husband Lewis Wayne Holman of Fayetteville; her parents, John Lynn and Ada Hendon; her children, Tatyanne Perkins of Estill Springs, Deonte Perkins of Estill Springs and Tenn; her brothers, John Wesley Hendon, III (Katie) of Winchester and Stacy Hendon of Estill Springs; the father of her children Anthony Perkins of Estill Springs; her aunts and uncles, Earl Greer (Theresa) of Winchester, Gene Hendon (Amy) of Winchester, Wanda Lee Johnson of Estill Springs, MaeSue Tarrant of Tullahoma and Linda Hendon of Estill Springs; and her nephew Treyson Hendon of Winchester.
