He is survived by: his children, Savannah (Michael Smith), Robin (Jesus Boyzo), Christina Crabtree and Marty Smith Jr. (Jasmine McGee); his mother Wanda Hudson; his siblings, Joe Smith and Angie Smith; and his grandchildren, Jaycion Franklin, Jariah McGee, Christian Boyzo, Saylor McGee and Maya Franklin. He is also survived by loving family members and friends.
