She is survived by: her parent Lydia Ellen Smith Couch; her children, David Hall (Melissa) of Fayetteville, TN and Lee Ann Johnson (Jimmy) of Fayetteville, TN; her grandchildren, Chad Whitmore (Melissa), Ken Whitmore (Stacy), Joel Hall, Harmony Horton (Ricky), Asa Hall (Kristi), Jade Hall, Ben Hall, Chase McBay (Lisa), Caleb Hall (Christine) and Daniel Hall; her stepgrandchildren, Lisa Harwell (Debbie), Chris Johnson (Jennifer), Adam Johnson (Lisa) and Jamie Johnson (Jamie); and also Steve Hall (Debbie) of Las Vegas, NV. She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren and one great-great grandson.
