She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Bell and Lula Holly (Anderson). She is survived by: her husband James "Skippy" Phillip Parkes; her daughter Rebecca Parkes Pyron (Bill) of Christiana; her granddaughters, Holly Cortner (Jim) of Winchester and Erin Patterson (Heath) of Christiana; and her great grandchildren, Robert Cortner (Emily) of Winchester and William Patterson of Christiana. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
