He was predeceased by: his parent Jessie James; and his siblings, Mary Faye Etapa, Henry Wade Riggins, Jesse J. Riggins, Jr. and Leonard David Riggins.
He is survived by: his parent Mattie Bea McPeters Riggins; his daughter Marcie Larrman of Pulaski, TN; his siblings, Ann Be of Fayetteville, TN, Rickey Joe Riggins of Fayetteville, TN, Stevie Richard Riggins (Jan) of Fayetteville, TN and Jerry Wayne Riggins of Petersburg, TN; his grandchildren, Marcue Snyder, Kaytie Farley, Asher Riggins, Leila Laarman and Koby Laarman; and also Sanders of Fayetteville, TN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
