He is survived by: his mother Thelma Ruth Dennis Eakes of Fayetteville, TN; his wife Gayle Eakes of Fayetteville, TN; his children, Jamie Eakes of Fayetteville, TN, Gayla Adams of Fayetteville, TN, Scott Eakes (Peggy) of Fayetteville, TN and Chris Eakes (Robin) of Columbia, TN; his grandchildren, Josh Bullard (Tara), Tera Flynt (David), Shane Bullard, Tyler Eakes (Cait), Elizabeth Donley (Frank), Cody Allen (Alexis), Shelby Moss (Cody), Taylor Eakes, Baylee Eakes and Dusty Adams; his siblings, Mary Jo Clark (Bob) of McBurg, TN, Jeraldine Alford of Hazel Green, AL, Diane Sells (Ricky) of Fayetteville, TN and David Eakes of Fayetteville, TN; and his pet Bizkit (Lil Buddy). He is also survived by sixteen great grandchildren.
