He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Dale Bomar Hoffman; his children, Lira Frye of Fayetteville, Eric Hoffman (Amybeth) of Madison and Jonathan Mark Hoffman (Cortney) of Fayetteville; and his grandchildren, Thomas Frye, Leslie Frye, Jacob Hoffman, Anna Hoffman, Chloe Puhalovic, Mason Puhalovic, Tucker Hoffman and Bentleigh Hoffman.
