He is survived by: his parents, Kay Lynn Talley and Joe Edward Talley; his siblings, Michelle Lee Talley, Jerry Lee Talley and Phil Sr. Hubbard (Kathy); his nephews, Robert Blane Tankersley, Cody Talley, Austin Talley and Phillip Hubbard; his niece Alyssa Pinson; and his aunts and uncles, Mary Ellen Duncan, Larry, Margret Ann Beard, Bobby Beard, Evelyn Beard, Barbara Woodward, Marysue Murdock, Katherine Talley and Bell Lou Talley. He is also survived by eight great nieces and nephews.
