He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Raby (Becky); his children, Patricia Williams (Clay) of Memphis, TN, Stephen Raby (Tina) of Indialantic, FL and David Raby (Pam) of Nolensville, TN; his grandsons, Adam Raby (Joleen), Bryan Raby (Camille), Patrick Williams (Kerry), Andrew Williams (Lindsay), Matthew Raby (Amber), Joseph Raby and Tyler Raby; and his great grandchildren, Jake Raby, Hamilton Raby and Aleigha Raby.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Joe's memory to the First United Methodist Church, 200 Elk Ave. N, Fayetteville, TN 37334.
