She was predeceased by: her parents, Rand Owens and Addie Buchanan Owens; her husband J. D. Sebastian; her daughter Betty Ann Sebastian; and her siblings, Carrie Mae Webb, Ottie Mae Newson, Mary Will Alexander, Pearl Eugene Buchanan, Dorothy Rebecca Carmichael, Edward Owens and John Owens.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jean Sebastian and Willie "Sue" Sebastian.
