He is survived by: his wife Betty Joyce Simmons Spray of Fayetteville; his children, Jenny Mitchell (Mike) of Lynchburg and Randy Spray (Carol) of Shelbyville; his siblings, Bill Spray (Linda) of Flintville, Emily Tate of Lewisburg, Lou Pitcock (Richard) of Fayetteville and Becky O'Neal (Rex) of Fayetteville; and his grandchildren, Ashley Mitchell (Zach), Kara Sanders and Brandy Dunn. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
