He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" Cook and Dorothy "Dot" Cook. He is survived by: his wife Sherrie Cook; his brother Stan Cook; his children, Michael Cook, Christopher Lowery and Ellise Seever (Tyler); his stepdaughters, Jonda "Neil" Brooks and Sherra Randall; and his grandchildren, Jackson Brooks, Wesley Brooks, Grayson Cook, Ansley Cook, Carson Lehrke and Bennett Seever.
