It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack Scott of Fayetteville, Tennessee, who passed away on April 2, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Wilson Scott and Sarah Ozell Jones Scott; his former wife Mary Frances Scott; and his wife Margaret Collins Scott. He is survived by: his children, Terri Tipps (Gary), Traci Owens (Jeff) and Tim Scott (Nicole); his stepdaughters, Barbara Stephens (Troy), Teresa Cothren and Sherry Moyers (Gary); his grandchildren, Brianna Scott, Evan Scott (Rebecca) and Lori Bates (Caleb); and his great grandchildren, Graysha Bates, Scarlett Bates, Silas Scott and Morgan Surgenor.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Gallant-Riverview Funeral Home (508 W College St, Murfreesboro, TN 37130). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
