Gary E Smith Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gary E Smith of Fayetteville, Tennessee, who passed away on December 16, 2020 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Smith and Hellon Smith; and his brother Jerry Smith. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Smith of Fayetteville; his son Jay Durham (Tracy) of Fayetteville; his sister Barbara Farmer; his grandchildren, Jon-Tyler Durham (Bailey) of Fayetteville and John Allen (Elisia) of Fayetteville; his great grandchild Sophia Allen; and his close friend Mark Hudson of Hazel Green, AL. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to the Lincoln County Public Library.
