He was predeceased by: his parents, Odis Bartlett and Lee Wagoner Bartlett; and his sisters, Ruth Patterson and Jane Hart. He is survived by: his wife Glyn McGee Bartlett of Fayetteville; his children, Steve Bartlett of Fayetteville and Melissa Massey (Van) of Petersburg; his sister Sue McClenney of Flat Creek; his grandchildren, Brian Massey (Sara) of Bethel Springs, Justin Massey of Petersburg, Jacob Massey (Fallon) of Petersburg, Bethany Pendergrass (Kevin) of Shawnee, OK and Joseph Massey of Fayetteville; and his great grandchildren, Eli, Emma, Carter, Brylee and Carson Massey.
