She is survived by : her sons, David Higgins and Chris Higgins (Jessica); her siblings, William "Buddy" Grammer, Gail Dempsey, Annie Bailey and Marlene Price; and her grandchildren, Casey Higgins and LeAnn Higgins. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
