She was predeceased by: her father Kenneth Carter Swinford; her husband Larry Wayne O'Tinger; her sister Cyndi Garrison; and her aunt Karen Gardner. She is survived by: her mother Mevis Jobe Swinford of Fayetteville; her son Luke Allen (Crystal) of Hermitage; her stepsons, Chad O'Tinger (April) and Brent O'Tinger; and her sister Marsha Bradford (Randy) of Fayetteville. She is also survived by four grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
