She was predeceased by: her husband Rev. Charles Marable; her parents, William Francis Mahathey and Mattie Lee Boyd Mahathey; her brother James; and her sister-in-law Gay Marable.
She is survived by: her children, Cara Adams (Tracy) of Athens, AL and Jeff Marable of Toney, AL; her granddaughters, Bailey Noor (Frank) and Rebekah Adams; her great grandchild Kori Reeves; her sister Patricia Megnin; and her niece Debbie Armesteadt.
