He is survived by: his wife Brenda Howell; his daughter Tracy Howell Smith (Jamie) of Shelbyville; his grandchildren, Shelby Smith and Jamen Smith; and his siblings, Kathy Howell of Fayetteville, Ruth Law of Fayetteville and Curtis Howell (Gail) of Fayetteville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
