With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Lewis Smartt of Fayetteville, Tennessee, who passed away on January 1, 2025 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Smartt and Mildred Smartt; his wife Sandra Fitch Smartt; and his grandson Scott Smartt. He is survived by: his close friend Sarah Castile; his children, Janet Smartt, Jeff Smartt (Rhonda) and Greg Smartt (Lynn); and his grandchildren, Whitney Smartt, Madison Smartt, Jason Smartt, Daniel Smartt (Chelsea), Chris Posey (Bridget), Brandon Posey (Tonya), Trent Smartt, Dalton Smartt (Shana) and Jordan Smartt. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Prospect Cemetery (27 E Prospect Rd, Fayetteville, TN 37334).
