He was predeceased by: his father William Anthony Koebel; and his sister Carolyn Koebel. He is survived by: his wife Mary R Koebel of Fayetteville; his children, Charles Allen Koebel Jr. (Jessica) of Fayetteville, Philip Eric Koebel of Vinemont, AL and Christina Derriso (Patrick) of Chickamauga, GA; and his siblings, William Koebel (Betty) of Louisville, Jerry Koebel (Linda) of Summerville, SC and Linda Sue Clater of Louisville. He is also survived by five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
