He is survived by: his parent Clara Virginia Smith Rutledge; his daughter Cynthia Rutledge Owens of Fayetteville, TN; his brother Kenneth Rutledge (Nancy) of Flintville, TN; his grandchildren, Garret Rutledge O'Neal Wyatt (Jonathan Skiles) of Ooltewah, TN and Amberlee Jade Wyatt-Moore; and his great grandchildren, Audrina Moore and Benjamin Moore.
