He was predeceased by: his parents, Ewin Jacobs and Jane Blackburn Jacobs; and his siblings, Paulene Jacobs, Icelow Burnett, John Junior Jacobs, Ewin David Jacobs, Grady Jacobs and Edgar Jacobs.
He is survived by: his wife Jewell Jacobs of Fayetteville; his children, Bonnie Jacobs of Manchester, Penny Elam of Manchester, Betty West of Kentucky, Amanda Webb (Myron) of Fayetteville, Sharon Womack (Kevin) of Fayetteville and Ronnie Jacobs (Donna) of Manchester; and his sister Lena Green of Manchester. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
