He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Roy and Ruth Elizabeth Jones Wood; and his siblings, Velma Brown, Betty Jacobs, Louise Pickett, Norma Jean Hansert and Roy Junior Wood.
He is survived by: his wife Tina Crosslin Wood of Fayetteville; his sons, William A. Wood, Jr. (Christy) of Fayetteville and Randall Lee Wood of Nicholasville, KY; his granddaughters, Kylee Wood and Morgan Wood; and his great grandchild Avery Ann Wood.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Gallant-Riverview Funeral Home (508 W College St, Murfreesboro, TN 37130). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
