She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Mack "Scott" Moorehead and Katherine Fox-Malier; her husband James Robert Whitaker; and her siblings, Bonnie Moorehead, Carolyn March and Jessie Moorehead.
She is survived by: her daughter Sabrina Whitaker-Adams; her grandson James Jordan Renyea Adams; her great grandchildren, Elliott Adams, Camden Patterson and Hadlee Mae Adams; and her siblings, Loretta Allen, Linda Marsh, Willie Moorehead and Charles Melvin Moorehead. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives.
