He is survived by: his children, Collin Alexander Carter and Adyson Claire Carter; his mother Vickie Carter; his grandmothers, Reba Adams and Thelma Carter; his stepsiblings, Larry Carter (Kathy), Lance Carter (Lacey) and Patty Quinn (Pheaton); and his aunts, Debbie Logan (Troy) and Kristy Parkerson (Kathy). He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
