He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Evans and Hattie Mullins Evans; and his son Frankie Evans. He is survived by: his wife Conda Evans; and his children, Billy Ray Evans and Diane Williams (Daryl). He is also survived by four grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and one great great-grandchild.
