It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Verna Kathleen Tipton in Farragut, Tennessee, who passed away on December 28, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Tipton and Lillie Tipton (Emert); and her sisters, Ruth Tipton and Emma Jean Whitehead. She is survived by: her niece Pamela Whitehead Dishongh; her great-niece Katie; and her great-nephew Isaac.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital in Memphis, TN.
