We are sad to announce that on March 1, 2023, Shirley Justice Parrott of Farragut, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hurstle Justice and Maggie Ross Justice of Oliver Springs; her husband Clay Parrott; her grandsons, Gabriel and James Mund (Jimmy); her sisters, Gloria Udall, Betty McCool, Joyce Winters and Grace Norwood; and her siblings-in-law, Leiron McNabb, Harold Parrott and Gene Parrott.
She is survived by: her children, Carla Mund (Mike) of Louisville, TN, Lynda McConnell (Joe) of Knoxville and Jeffrey Parrott (Christy) of Knoxville; her grandchildren, Morgan McConnell, Erin McConnell, Olivia Mund Massingill (Jake), Graham Parrott, Emeri Parrott and Jedidiah Parrott (Jed); her sisters, Rita Michel and Hope Layne; and her sisters-in-law, Ann Parrott Smith and Evelyn Parrott Reed. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, and a number of great friends.
