She was predeceased by: her husband James H. Chakales; her son Matthew J. Chakales; her parents, Woody Wardrup and Betty Wardrup; and her grandparents, Alva and Tom.
She is survived by: her son Jonathan J. Chakales (Kerry); her grandchildren, Andrew, Devin, Abby, Cael, Maggie, Kendra, Katie and Bo; and her friend Robin Clifton.
