He is survived by: his wife Judy Sewell Herbert; his son Jerry; his daughter-in-law Dee Dee Herbert; his granddaughter Abbie Herbert; his brother Jack Herbert; and his sisters-in-law, Rachel Palmer (E. O.), Rita Duncan (Ray) and Dale McKenzie (Jerry). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
