She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Brown and Helen Brown (Schmickley); and her sons, Douglas and Danny. She is survived by: her husband Gordon Sanborn. She is also survived by 3 sons, and grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Lutheran Church (1000 3rd Ave SE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52403).
Memorials may be directed to animal rescue or no kill animal shelter in Dee's name.
