He is survived by: his wife Jeannie Wilcox Blackwell; his children, Danielle Bass (Brandon), Sean Blackwell and Vanessa Ocañas; his grandchildren, Maria, Nicholas, Easton, Harper and Bradlee; and his brother Bruce Blackwell (Sandy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
